WHAT TO BRING: Lacrosse stick & water bottle (mandatory),
Helmet, gloves, shoulder pads, cleats, protection, (if you have available)
WHAT IS PROVIDED: Lacrosse balls, goals, One-on-one & group coaching by current BHS Lacrosse coaches & current BHS Lacrosse players
SKILLS TAUGHT: Catching, passing, shooting, ground balls, fundamentals of team play, face-offs, and any individual specialization you want to work on!
